We are proud to work in partnership with Hazeltree Properties Ltd who has significant experience as a Social Care housing provider.

Living in one of our supported living houses means individuals can enjoy all the benefits of a traditional, safe and nurturing environment.

Knowing there is always trained staff 24/7 on hand to ensure their quality of life, wellbeing, needs and personal interests are always being promoted and cared for.

Service User’s take part in day opportunities, community activities of their own choosing and group events such as our resident’s ‘come dine with me’ activity.

This activity engages our residents by teaching valuable skills, such as learning to cook different meals and taking turns to host the event.

Other popular events include ladies’ night and bowling club.

Service Users who live in their own homes have person centered care plans based around their current lifestyle and routines to avoid disruption.

This can include help with: personal care, medication support, accessing the community and social activities, shopping and meal preparation, companionship, domestic duties and financial support with budgeting.

Promoting independence, respect and well-being as well as their needs and interests at every visit.

Regular Support Workers are given to Service User’s so a positive, professional relationship can be developed based on trust, good communication and understanding.

Day opportunities allow our Service Users to fill their day with choices they make and activities which are meaningful to them.

Social support is provided within the community, supporting Services users to participate in activities of their choice such as:

  • swimming
  • dance classes
  • bowling
  • trampolining
  • going to the gym
  • skills development

Overnight support can be provided within Service User’s own homes as and when needed while their main family carers are away. Or to provide a short break for family carers when needed.

Social opportunities are encouraged within the community to engage Service User’s and develop their interests and try new things.

Making sure they are spending their day doing activities of their choice and enjoying a meaningful and satisfying lifestyle.

Specialized care for those with Mental Health needs is also provided. This is a growing area within the service, aimed at improving the quality of person-centred care in independent homes.

Homes are fully accessible for those with physical difficulties and provide a safe, stimulating and caring environment.
