Kelly took over as the Registered Manager in November 2022. Kelly has many years of experience in a wide range of care settings, including overseas. Kelly is passionate about delivering high quality care through a person centered approach.

Claire Dove- Branch Manager

Claire joined the company in May 2020. Claire has worked in the Care sector for over 25 years, specializing in Learning Difficulties and Autism within Milton Keynes building local networks.

Debbie Parsons- Training Manager

Debbie has been with the company since 2014. She has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of care settings. Debbie’s specialty is learning difficulties with a background in training as an NVQ assessor.

Jenny Smith – Senior Service Coordinator

Jenny has grown and developed within the company, working her way up from Support Worker in 2016 to Service Coordinator. Jenny is leading the expansion of the Supported Living sector and is a main contact for new referrals for learning disabilty and older person.
